Before you start
- You need Owner or Admin rights on the ad account in TikTok Business Center
- The ad account must have completed identity / qualification review
- Some TikTok regions (e.g. US) have extra compliance checks
Steps
- Dashboard → "+ Connect account" → TikTok Ads
- TikTok login pops up — use your Business Center credentials
- Pick the ad accounts to authorize (multi-select); confirm scopes
- On return, the system pulls campaigns, ad groups, ads, and creator-collab data
TikTok Ads API differs from Google / Meta: each ad account needs its own access token rather than a single global one. Our backend manages token lifecycle per connected account.

If you run Spark Ads (boosting creators' organic posts), DEXUN AdWhiz pulls each Spark Ad's creator handle, video duration, and original-post engagement. AI recommendations incorporate this (e.g. "this creator's ROAS is 4.6x, consider boosting their 3 other recent videos").
